You are using Linux-Based Plugins on Windows SA:MP Server?
Of course it won't start up and pop up errors :/
Use the Windows Plugins to use your gamemode and check always the config.cfg if the extensions of the plugins
are .so or .dll if there are no extensions that means you will use the default plugins that are in the folder (Of course only Windows or only Linux plugins)
