I had before i upgrade my operating system to Windows 7.
You just need to download MTA: San Andreas Race v1.1(.1) and install ONLY MAP EDITOR and then
You just need to download MTA: San Andreas Race v1.1(.2) and install ONLY MAP EDITOR and it will work
