Try:
if(HouseInfo[id][hSafe] != INVALID_OBJECT_ID)
Instead of:
if(HouseInfo[id][hSafe] != -1)
Also show the SaveHouse code, if you're saving GameObjectID, I suggest not doing so because it won't always be the same.
