Actually, Khanz is right. When you're meaning it, mean it with the correct words so that others or even beginners won't get confused. Mistakes do happen to anyone though.

The functions which SA-MP provides are pretty easy to understand. The way of using them depends. It can vary on PAWN, C and on other languages too. Check out the plugins section, there are some plugins which allows SA-MP to be coded on some other languages too.
