Ok I tried different versions of SA-MP Server 0.3z for windows.
My NPC will NOT connect with 0.3zR2. It doesn't even attempt to.

Works on other 0.3z server versions.
If anyone has experienced this, please let me know. I've searched the forums and haven't seen anyone else with this issue. It's just a normal NPC that stands at the LSPD gate. Doesn't use FCNPC, nothing.
