First off: Write off all your favourites IP. save them in notepad or something. Then head over to GTA SA folder. (Usually C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\). Delete USERDATA.dat. Then start SA-MP Again, add all your favourites again and set your name with capitals, whatever. I am not sure if this works.
