Hello ? Did i repeat anything or trying to help a guy that actually needs help ?!

That's something no one would recommend.
You would need to remove thousands of objects or just remove high buildings and cover them with desert parts which would also take a lot of time, expirience and patience.
So i suggest you take a look at SA:MP map constructor.
