First of all. Read the topic properly! I alreay mentioned and tried what you said!

Second is that, that file or function error is comming due to the library itself. So firstly leaen yourself how thing works!

Third, the script won't even compile if a_mysql.inc wud not be in pawno include folder.

Fourth, that anims.amx won't cause that error coz it's a default fs in samp server which I forgot to remove.

Also, you might not be knowing script is compiled later and includes compile first.
