Add this under OnGameModeInit:-

ShowPlayerMarkers(0);

0 is the mode.

Modes:-
PLAYER_MARKERS_MODE_OFF (0)
PLAYER_MARKERS_MODE_GLOBAL (1)
PLAYER_MARKERS_MODE_STREAMED (2)
