Did you try moving the map from FS to the gamemode? or did you put all the maps under ongamemodeinit?

Additional: If you use CreateObject around 1000 objects then some of the objects you created will not show or sometimes none of them will show so just saying make sure all your objects are using CreateDynamicObject
