Very nice! The map texture in your example link is pretty ugly though. (Pulled right off ******? The colors are wrong as it's very compressed.) Besides that, the LS Bank marker is not on the correct location. The streetview idea would be awesome, reminds me of this. Keep up the good work!

Edit: Oh, and maybe an idea to replace the outside ocean with some repeating texture? Instead of a white background?
