OnPlayerSpawn SetSkin [reps+ urgrent]

Hi i want that when a player spawn if his skin is saved , to set the playerid the skin

iv this cmd
INI_WriteInt(ACCOUNT, "Skin", skinid); == Saved ID I want to load this under onplayerspawn
