Lol, this is the funniest bug i've ever faced.
Sometimes, when i restart the server in console and im connected to it (local) , and im connected again ,i get total respect + ( i couldnt save taht pic because of the login dialog :3 )
and if the server is restarted again, when it says server is restarting i get this :

This does show 2 things :
1- Singleplayer respect system can be added in multiplayer version since it appears here somehow.
2- This is a bug
