when you start your sa-mp.exe, it closes down right ?
check the server log it will tell you what's causing the sa-mp.exe window to close down.

And also specify the includes that are being used in your Gamemode, it might also help.
Since, the Streamer and Sscanf plugin are to be loaded if a Gamemode is using sscanf and streamer includes.
