I'm using mysql r7 and I saw some server they have Top Kills/Dm and some other scoring appear on the screen every 30 minutes or 1 hour of playing

Can you please help me make a simple demo on how to do it?

Every 30 minutes a textdraw will appear on the middle of the screen like the ff. below

Top Kills
30 - "name here"
Top Killingspree
6 - "name here"

Only get the kills and killingspree for those who are connected in game.

Else if there is no player with kills or killings then.

Top Kills
Empty
Top Killingspree
Empty
