not sure about what i was going to tell you ( a solution just )
but Re-Check your spawning Cords (just change two cords or 3 to another place like purshing Squar near PD and see ) if it works then go with Debuger GTA mode ingame and /save your position incar near your Cityhall or goverments or what is that
