Vehicles respawning when they shouldn't

Hey, I'm trying to make a RP server but every car respawns after a little bit of time (~5 mins) after somebody leaves that car. Cars that are added with AddStaticVehicle still respawn, even tough they're not added with AddStaticVehicleEx. Why?
