Maybe your internal IP changed, if you've more than one computer in your network connected via a router the internal IPS might vary in some routers/configurations.
There's a way to stop this to give you a static IP but it varies on your router.
Go to cmd then type in 'ipconfig' and that'll give your internal IP, check the port forwarding IP.
