Just because you personally don't find these functions usefull it dosen't mean other people won't be using it.
And you make it sound like they owe you something, even when it's a free modification. Most likely, they are not getting paid for making this, so they can do everything as they please. If you don't like these updates stick with 0.3x or go play something else.
SA-MP 0.3z is mainly a security update. Read the release page.
