I am using Windows Vista (with compatibility mode for SAMP.exe as windows xp sp2)
well i have alot of textures/weapons/models and some sounds missing, but i removed CLEO.asi , CLEO folder and D3D9 and compressed them
(and those arent hacks those are things like fuel speedometer autopilot etc..for singleplayer)
when i had old computer i ran with mods like textures models weapons vehicles etc.. (i had some issues but not internal error)
now i got very good computer with gta iv working on medium-high (Core2Duo 3.0 ATI HD 4850 512MB 2GB Ram..)
so i dont have problem with normal mods
some other files that i have(but i dont think they should do problem) :
speed.cs (not in CLEO Folder)
