Let me try.

First - Fix all the "Unable to load filterscript 'christmas.amx' and Unable to load filterscript 'newyear.amx'. (Compile and make sure no error or any warning will show)

Second - Make sure you entered the correct account for your mysql. Maybe you use your username for the "DB Name" or mistakenly mixed it up.
