Macintosh OS X 10.6.0 Snow Leopard
#1

Well, as I have heard a lot about it, there are a lot more newer features in Macintosh OS X Snow Leopard.

What's in the Next Mac OS X: Snow Leopard?

Mac OS X Snow Leopard (Sneek Peek)

As I am not a complete Macintosh user, I have heard so much about it. It makes me want a Mac. ( )

Rumors and more Rumors. Supposedly there is a new feature that you can use with your time machine.

Lets say you deleted a file a long time ago, and you want that file back. Well, time machine is pretty much like a temporary back-up for Mac OS X. Therefore, you can upload all your data with a new installation from the Time Machine drive. Back to the topic. The new innovation with Time Machine, not only the software, but the new modules are supposed to be sized around 500GB, at least a portable Hard Drive. Indeed, it is expensive, but what else would you expect from an almost flawless system?

On the other hand, Macintosh is supporting 64-bit hardware. Which means a lot better look, and performance. 32-bit applications will still work with the 64-bits (as I have heard).

There are also a couple more things, and updates. There is a new coding called "OpenCL" which allows developers to access even more features, and basically as the guy in the first video was saying, its all about speed, and OpenCL will process over trillions of processes, without and RAM issues what so ever.

Another thing in this new update is the BootCamp Application, which allows you to Install Windows within the Hard Drive, without having to partition. This new update changes the limit on storage from 42Gigabytes, to 120Gigabytes, since we are coming to an age of Terabyte Hard Drives. Terabyte Hard Drives are more compatible with the newer 64-bit systems.

What are your thoughts about this new system? Are there features you think should be included?
In my opinion, I would choose this over Windows any day.
