msvcp100.dll missing is almost always a C++ error are you sure you have installed the correct version (there is C++ 2008 (x86, x64), 2010 (x86, x64) and 2012 (x86, x64))
I would install all 6 of those packages (re-running it over the ones you already have will just tell you you already have it)
