So I recently got a windows 2008 r2 server, but whenever I try to start my server, I get the famous "This installation has failed to start since msvcp100.dll is missing". Before you guys reply with links to download the Microsoft c++ package, I have already tried that.. I am giving a small CASH price for the person who can fix this for me.
