Help - I can't minimize GTA SA Without it Crashing

Well as the title said, i can't minimize GTA SA without it crashing, i have only CLEO 4 , ELM, and detailed radar installed, It would be extremely helpful if anyone can tell me what this crash address is for,

SA-MP 0.3x-R1-2
Exception At Address: 0x040DC8E0
Base: 0x04030000

if you need the full report i can also post that, please help if you can.
