Im using v-admin how do i make it so admins spawn somewhere else

hi im using v admin,
how would i make it so if you login as a admin
your spawn postion is different to where normall players spawn

IsPlayerAdmin(playerid);
SetPlayerPos(playerid, X Y Z);

that will only work for rcon? Please help
