Making this a little more clear, It's always possible to point a domain to an A Record (IP Address).
But it's not possible to make it like this: point your-server.ip:7528 to your-domain.com so it must be like this anyway: your-domain.com:7528 (The port i made is just random i did said).
If you got dedicated IP for your server which is port 7777 then you're able to use the domain without port after you do point to the correct IP (A Record).
You should be able to change the A records in your cPanel DNS zone settings.
