It's good and it's not simple like that ( FVCC )
It took about 4 hours !!

- Flip Vehicle With N
- Fly (go up) With H or Caps
- Select Vehicle With /veh (I Used mSelection And an edit of aDialog)
- Add Neaons When Your'e In A Vehicle With /neons
- Tune Your Car With /tune
- Change Fast Your Vehicle Color With /cchanger
- Create A Party Truck With /partytruck (Don't think it's like eXtreme FR
