Single player skillbar include V1.0

What is it?
It is an simple include that recreates in a very similar way the GTA San Andreas single player skill bars.


Functions

pawn Code:

SetSkillForPlayer(playerid, text[], time, newvalue, oldvalue) // Create a skill bar for player that appears for a certain time (in seconds) and with the derived values in percentage

Configuration
The include is easily configurable, just open the include and at the top of the code you will see the configuration defines with comments.

Feel free to leave suggestions for the next version and bug report. I'll try to keep this include updated as new ideas or bugs to be fixed appear.
