Although what you say is right to some extent, I think that he selected the right building to use it as an FBI HQ. You should know this since you are a so called "Skilled Mapper" as it can been seen in your signature.

@topic You selected the ideal place to use as FBI HQ. You could use some road signs or objects to frame the building or add the USA flag. Overall good work 8/10!
