Map Shifter is a samp map editor which helps you shift your entire map from one location to another location. It can change the place of the entire map in an easy way or it can help you rotate the entire map by any angle.
You can move or rotate the entire SAMP map by any distance or any angle (0-360 ofcourse).

What can you do with map shifter?

• You can increase/decrease the height of your whole map : For this enter 0 for x and y, and enter 10,100,500 or whatever value, your z axis will be increased by that value, resulting in increase of height of your map, for decreasing the height of your map, you can enter -10,-100 or any other value of your choice.
• You can move your whole map along x or y or both x and y axis.
• You can use combination of x, y and z coordinates.
• You can rotate the map on an x,y plane.
