If you have any modifications installed, you should attempt to remove them. Unless your a complete idiot you will have the original files backed up somewhere, replace the modified versions with them. If you are a complete idiot and you didn't back your files up, then I suggest: remove SA:MP, remove GTA:SA, but also remove the directory that has been created inside your documents. Then reinstall everything.

Ensure you have the patch installed.
