So sorry for the double-post, but i think that i fixed it.. All i did was put

if(PlayerInfo[id][pVip] == 1) return SendClientMessage(playerid, 0xFFFFFFFF, "[VIP] - That player is already a VIP.");

Under the "if(sscanf( ....", and it seemed to work.
