Hmm Is your server crashed ONLY in that specified place?

Try to remove your streamer (streamer.inc and streamer.dll also remove the CreateDynamicObject) if it crash again then there is a problem with the streamer else if not, then there might be left over mods/third party. Also try to install a fresh gta as people recommend.
