If you want to reduce your lag, follow my steps..
1.Don't use Mods, because mods have so much of shit (memory) it f*cks up your GTA SA if you have low end PC.
If you want to use mods , select a mod that has below 1 MB size, Don't take mods that have more than 1 mb (Depends on its size).
2. Use low settings
Well High settings are for High end PC's depends on your RAM and your GPU
if you want you want low settings follow these steps
Goto GTA SA and you will see '' Options '' click it , then Click '' Display Settings '' and go to Advanced Settings
Draw Distance = Put that all the way down
Frame Limiter = ON , turn it to OFF, if its already OFF just leave it.
Visual FX Settings = there will be 4 options '' Low , Medium , High , Very High '' i reccomend '' Low '' , If youwant high settings, upgrade your GPU.
And you are done, don't forgot to +REP me if it worked..
