Need help with mapped in objects

Alright, on my server i got some mapped in houses, city hall and things like that, and sometimes it wont load at all, and sometimes it's slow, you'll have to go close before it renders it etc etc, so what i'm wondering what can i do to stop this? it never happend before. started today. thanks
