Getting the Wine & XQuartz
Install wine: http://winebottler.kronenberg.org
Install Xquartz: http://xquartz.macosforge.org/landing/ (Don't install if you have X11 in your Mac)

Open installer with wine
Double-Click the installer
then, open directly.

(Note: Make sure you go to your Contents of GTA:SA.app and move it + windows contents to your desktop)

Choose your install location, (GTA: SA)
(Note: Move your game content + windows content back into gtasa.app)
Install and your done!
