Compiling (filter)scripts to .amx

Hey guys,

How do I compile (filter)scripts to .amx?
I got the source-code but I don't know how to compile it to .amx
A lot of the releases at the SA MP Forums only provide the source code and not the compiled .amx file...
Could some one tell me how to compile them?
