 Well it looks like the errors are coming from .../include/gl_common.inc < make sure you've got this in your directory/includes file, not your directory/pawno/includes file. If you haven't download the Windows 0.3x R2 SA-MP package and then extract it directly into your directory, overwrite any existing files except server.cfg.
