Copy the code exists inside OnFilterScriptInit from that filterscript and add it inside of your ALREADY defined OnFilterScriptInit callback because otherwise you'll have 2 OnFilterScriptInit. Do the same for the rest.

EDIT: I just noticed the errors came from includes.

Can you show us the code you have (the one you're trying to compile)?
