It's one of two things. Ram or Video Card. (Or if you have integrated then probably not Video Card). I've seen this happen a lot though when you have a dedicated video card and it starts accessing the cpu and the an address fault would happen because there is a problem with the video card. Also try running Prime95 and see if it BSOD's. Also can you get us the code if you can't then see if you can find the minidump.
