This error has no results at all, anywhere. Follow these simple steps:

-Delete gta_sa.set. This file contains your settings & will crash your game if it is invalid or not compatible. Deleting will reset it to its default.
-Re-install SA-MP. You never know something might have bugged during installation.
-Re-install a legit v1.0 of GTA:SA. This will remove any modifications you have, any bugs during the installation & any removed files. Especially the modifications part - I assume you installed some incompatible mod.
-If all this didn't work, continue describing what exactly happens when & your pc specifications. Maybe it is a SA-MP bug, so Kalcor would need your information in order to fix it. However it might also be a problem with your computer itself.
