Of course it's possible. Create a room with MTA map editor, use a Map to CreateObject converter, then create a pickup that teleports you to the location of the made interior and spawn the objects for that player. That way you won't have the fall through the ground effect you get with streamers and people who are flying won't see it because only the players that enter the house can see it.
