Ou seja, se fosse &&, o player teria que ser um advogado e ao mesmo tempo um policial para abrir.

! = diferente

Estava !IsACop(playerid), entгo: Vai abrir se ele for diferente de um COP, ou seja, se ele nгo for um COP.
