To be admin register rcon login relog and make your self admin with /setlevel.
You can give weapon,but when your admin when you relog your weapons will save.

How was it made and when was it made:
This GM was once in my server back in 2012.But sadly my server has been removed because of ''Low'' player base.In our agreement we made a deal that i'll have atleast 20 players..(I had 5).I decidet to post it so others can use it but this is only version 1.5.0.1 I won't release my new version for now.
