For the very few linux users in this community, the way to do it on linux is just create 2 wine prefixes and run sa:mp from them. You don't have to install it on both of them since you just need seperate system files.
To create a new wineprefix: env WINEPREFIX=~/.wineprefixname winecfg
After that's done, do
env WINEPREFIX=~/.wineprefixname /path/to/sa/mp/exe
and you have it running on a seperate prefix!
