You can use OpenGamePanel (OGP, like khanz said), and GameCP. If you want something simple, yet really understand-able for newbies, then OGP is the one. Want something advanced, extra configurations? Go for GameCP. I'd pick GameCP since it has *almost* all of OGP's features with additions of itself too.
