He's asking what makes a good RP server...
For me, its a realistic economy and a script that allows you to get started with a house and a car without working 60 hours in game to get one.
Also, I hate scripts that give you everything as soon as you join. (Refunds, Refund/Starter Packages

Kinda like a goldilocks zone to keep you from getting bored.
