In trailer it basically said you could have a "crew" he was simply asking if anyone had one already, probably not an official one, but one that may be created.

I personally would have one, If I had a Console.
But I don't, so my crew's me, myself and I.

Yeah, there's probably gonna be Multiplayer on PC - but, I could never get onto GTA:IV Multplayer so I doubt I will on GTA:V.
