Maybe its because some of your Mods (If any) Cause the game to freeze because of the amount of objects the game has to load. Another problem could be that your SA Game may be corrupt. Try installing GTA SA Again and downgrading, If the problem continues it may be your SAMP or the servers you are trying. I hope you the best my friend!
